What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on undamaged products within fifteen days of receipt. You can request a return or exchange by emailing email@example.com and we will issue a pre-paid return label for your order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged or broken item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within fifteen days of receipt and we'll send you a new one right away.
What if I am not home to receive my order?
If you are not home to receive your order, our shipping carrier will leave your package at your address if it is safe to do so. This means you don't have to worry about waiting around for a delivery to arrive or being home during delivery hours.
If there is no safe place for your order to be left, our shipping carrier will leave a note and can be contacted to make other arrangements. Depending on where you live, this may mean that you can pick up the package from a local shipping center, reroute it to another address, or coordinate a delivery time with them directly. Any order returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
Can I cancel my order?
Any order cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of the order confirmation. We can't accept cancellations on expedited orders. We don't allow cancellations due to delays caused by the shipping carrier. To cancel an order, please email email@example.com with your order number.
